Meet Lara, Ethan, and Mia: The Team Behind SonicMenuExpress.com

Hi there! We’re Lara, Ethan, and Mia—two siblings and a cousin who love food, travel, and having fun together. Welcome to SonicMenuExpress.com, where we share all the yummy things we discover about Sonic Drive-In!

Lara and Ethan grew up in Melbourne, Australia, before moving to Dublin, Ireland, when they were teenagers. Lara studied Media at Trinity College Dublin, while Ethan followed his dream of learning about food and graduated with a degree in Culinary Arts in 2022. Mia, our awesome cousin, is from Auckland, New Zealand. She joined us in Dublin to study Digital Marketing and became the brains behind making our ideas come to life online.

In 2023, we decided to start fresh and moved to Austin, Texas. That’s when we started exploring all the tasty foods across the U.S.

Our Team Formation

One day, during a road trip to Chicago, we stopped at a Sonic Drive-In for the first time. Lara loved it so much that she told Ethan and Mia to give it a try. They loved it too! Soon, we decided to try every single item on the Sonic Menu. We also noticed something really cool—different Sonic locations have special menu items you can’t find anywhere else.
